Let's Get

Started!

1st Step

We always begin every service job with a free estimate. We’ll gladly assess the bike and help determine exactly what it needs to get back to optimal shape.

2nd step

After we assess your bike’s needs, we’ll review them with you. We will gladly take into account your desires and budget. We’ll only proceed when you’re happy with the services we recommend and agree to the budget required.

3rd step

Time estimates are also included with every service job. We’ll let you know if you can wait around for it, come by later, or if it’s a more extensive repair. For longer repairs, don’t forget to ask us about the possibility of getting a loaner bike while yours is in the shop.

4th step

Once we have our repairs complete, you can view our work and pay for your service. That’s it - you’ll be ready to get back on the road in no time.

Choosing your level of service

We are always amenable to your wants and budget, but here are our service plans including our recommendations of how often they should be performed and what each includes. Don’t fret – if this is confusing – just ask and we’re happy to recommend which you need – and we won’t recommend anything more than what we’d recommend to our own family
