Unlike a big box store, you don’t just buy a bike from us and walk away to figure it out on your own. We are here to help guide you to make the best choice, and here to support you during and after the sale. With every purchase, we’ll help fit the rider to the bike. People aren’t one-size-fits-all, and neither are bikes. We can help you adjust them to get the very best fit – every time! And as little riders grow, we are happy to re-adjust. Completely free of charge!
We don’t like being surprised, and know our customers don’t either. That’s why we always provide free estimates of how much work is needed to get you back in top shape. We want you to have all the information to make the best choice for your needs and your family. Don’t be shy to ask – estimates are always free and no obligation!
Just like a new pair of shoes, bikes also need to get broken in. Come back in within 90 days of your new bike purchase to let us give you a free Level 1 tune-up to ensure it’s still going with the best performance possible.
